About Old World Garden Magick

Hello, my name is Andrew Owen Gordon.

Growing up in the Treasure Coast, surrounded by a variety of Caribbean plants, my love for the botanical kingdom began at the age of 19.

My first 'experiment' did not turn out so well, I attempted to grow a 'ZZ' plant and unfortunately it did not survive. Although a bit devastated, this experience inspired me in my further attempts to propagate and cultivate.

Through a substantial amount of research from watering schedules, soil composition, and plant anatomy my knowledge grew stronger throughout the years. I have now procured a vast collection of both rare and exotic plants from around the world.

My introduction to the magical world was both unexpected and yet deeply fulfilling. Upon meeting a stranger, who was well versed in what they referred to as the 'Old Ways,’ I was led onto the path of understanding the magickal and folkloric use of plants, herbs, flowers and roots.

I was exposed to a variety of applications and how plants have been used in a multitude of spiritual traditions throughout history. After this discovery I became determined to learn and seek the deeper mysteries of the botanical kingdom.
